As of year-end 2025, Ziraat Katilim continues its operations with 3,495* employees, 225 domestic branches and 2 overseas branches, operating in 66 provinces and providing accessible services to its customers through its extensive service network.

Human Resources Approach

Ziraat Katilim adopts a human resources approach aligned with its corporate values, vision, mission and strategic objectives.

With a human resources approach focused on development, the Bank recruits qualified employees and implements an employment policy based on the principle of equal opportunity. Recruitment, career planning and competency management processes are designed in accordance with institutional needs.

The performance management system is structured in line with individual targets while taking corporate strategies into consideration. In this system, where corporate and individual performance are addressed together, employee performance is regularly monitored through evaluations conducted based on strategic targets and criteria. The evaluation process also measures the achievements of employees separately based on strategic targets and criteria through performance scorecards and integrates these results into the reward system. By continuously improving measurement, evaluation and reward mechanisms, performance is encouraged.

Ziraat Katilim evaluates past performance data, portfolio and branch-based realizations, and market conditions together in target-setting processes. In this context, data-driven and analytical approaches are utilized. In this way, the establishment of targets in a fairer, more realistic and achievable manner is supported. Through professional and managerial training programs, employee competencies are enhanced in line with strategic priorities. Data-driven approaches are adopted in target-setting and performance monitoring processes. Practices aimed at increasing employee satisfaction and engagement are implemented.

Human Resources and Human Rights Policy

Ziraat Katilim aims to establish a corporate human resources culture and an inclusive working environment that respects human rights in line with its Human Resources and Human Rights Policy.

Ziraat Katilim takes as its basis the fundamental principles and approaches of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organization (ILO) regarding human rights and labor rights.

The Bank acts in accordance with the national and international conventions to which Türkiye is a party and establishes a working environment that respects human rights. It conducts activities aimed at increasing employees' awareness and consciousness on these issues.

Within the scope of the policy, the Bank respects employees' trade union rights and freedom of association. Collective bargaining processes conducted with the authorized union within the Bank are handled within the framework of mutual trust and transparency principles. In this context, constructive dialogue is maintained through regular information sharing and communication between Bank representatives and union officials.

Employee Profile

Ziraat Katilim continues to implement employment practices aimed at attracting qualified human resources to the Bank and continuously strengthening its employee profile. As of year-end 2025, the total number of employees at Ziraat Katilim reached 3,495. The number of female employees is 1,304 and the number of male employees is 2,191. The ratio of female employees is 37%.

A total of 21 employees working in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) positions, consisting of 3 women and 18 men, reflect the human resource profile associated with the increasing role of technology and digitalization in participation banking activities.
