In employment processes, an equal, fair and transparent approach is adopted, and candidates are evaluated based on objective criteria. Candidates' professional competencies, qualifications and the requirements of the position are taken into consideration. Recruitment processes are carried out in accordance with the criteria determined under the Regulation and the Implementation Principles and Procedures (UEU).
The Bank plans to fill open positions through internal resources, recruitment examinations or experienced hires, and selection processes are conducted under the coordination of Human Resources with the participation of relevant business units. By utilizing technology-based recruitment and assessment platforms, equal opportunities are provided to candidates. In this context, end-to-end online solutions are used, covering processes from the resume creation stage to tests, personality inventories and interview stages. The entire process, including candidate information stages, is carried out in cooperation with a technology-based platform.
