Information on Transactions Conducted with the Risk Group to Which Ziraat Katilim Belongs

The relationships between Ziraat Katilim and entities included in its risk group cover all types of banking transactions conducted within the framework of normal bank-customer relationships and in compliance with market conditions, in accordance with the provisions of the Banking Law. These transactions mainly consist of loan transactions as well as current and participation account transactions.

Information regarding the amounts of transactions carried out with entities within the Bank's risk group during 2025, together with related disclosures, is presented in footnote VII of Section Five of the year-end consolidated financial statements included in the annual report.

About the Report

Coordination activities related to the 2025 Integrated Annual Report are carried out by the Ziraat Katilim Strategy Planning Department. During the preparation process of the report, contributions from relevant units are obtained and corporate data collection processes are managed through a coordinated approach.
