Ertugrul ISPAHA

Executive Vice President of Credit Allocation and Management

Ertugrul Ispaha was born in Adana in 1968. He graduated from the Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations at Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1991. He began his career as an Inspector at Egebank A.S. in 1995. Between 2001 and 2006, he served as Branch Manager in Adana and Bursa at Family Finans Institution Inc. Ispaha joined the Ziraat Finance Group in 2006 as Izmir Corporate Branch Manager and subsequently served as Izmir 1st Regional Head, Executive Vice President responsible for Financial Analysis and Intelligence, Credit Monitoring and Follow-up, as well as Regional Manager for Gaziantep, Adana 2, Adana 1 and Adana Region. Appointed as Executive Vice President responsible for Corporate Banking at Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S. on 1 April 2022, Mr. Ispaha has continued to serve as Executive Vice President responsible for Credit Allocation and Management as of 5 August 2025.

Osman KARAK"T"K

Executive Vice President of Treasury Management and International Banking

Osman Karak"t"k was born in Ankara in 1975. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences in 1998 and completed his master's degree at Sakarya University. Between 1998 and 1999, he served as an Officer at the Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye, Banking Department. In 1999, he joined Ziraat Bankasi as Assistant Inspector and subsequently served as Inspector, Chief Inspector, Vice President of the the Audit Board, Branch Manager, Izmir 1st Regional Manager, Head of Branch Operations Department and Head of Channel Management Department. On 15 August 2017, Karak"t"k was appointed as Executive Vice President responsible for Financial Coordination and Human Resources at Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S. Since 23 August 2017, he has continued to serve as Executive Vice President responsible for Treasury Management and International Banking.

'nder KIRMAN

Executive Vice President of Credit Policies and Risk Resolution

"nder Kirman was born in Afyonkarahisar in 1972. He graduated from Dokuz Eyl"l University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration. He began his banking career at Ziraat Bankasi in 1999 as a Service Officer and served as Internal Controller between 2001 and 2008. Between 2008 and 2015, he held roles as Agricultural, SME and Commercial Marketing Manager, Commercial Banking Department Manager and Regional Credit Allocation Manager. Kirman joined Ziraat Katilim in May 2015 as Head of Operations Center Department. Between 2016 and 2021, he served as Head of Corporate and Entrepreneurial Credit Allocation and Management Department 1. Appointed as Executive Vice President responsible for Credit Allocation and Management on 30 June 2021, Mr. Kirman has continued to serve as Executive Vice President responsible for Credit Policies and Risk Resolution as of 5 August 2025.

Seher Elif EKICI

Executive Vice President of Product Management and Digital Banking

Seher Elif Ekici was born in Istanbul in 1981. She graduated from Marmara University, Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Business Administration (English). In 2009, she obtained her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license. In 2024, she completed her thesis-based master's degree in Islamic Economics and Finance at Marmara University.

She began her professional career in 2003 at KPMG Independent Audit, where she served as an auditor between 2003 and 2004. She started his banking career in 2005 in the Financial Control Department, reporting to the Financial Affairs Directorate of Anadolu Finance Institution. She was assigned to the merger process of Anadolu Finance Institution and Family Finance Institution. Starting from 2007, she worked at the Risk Management Department of Türkiye Finans Participation Bank, holding the positions of Specialist, Manager, and Executive Manager, and served there until 2015.

She began her tenure at Ziraat Bank on February 3, 2015 as a Manager and took part in the establishment of Ziraat Participation Bank. As of June 23, 2015, she was appointed as the Head of the Risk Management Department at Ziraat Participation Bank. She served as the Head of the Credit Policies and Risk Liquidation Group between 2021 and 2025.

Since April 1, 2022, she has served as Deputy General Manager responsible for Credit Policies and Risk Liquidation, and as of August 5, 2025, she has continued her duties as Deputy General Manager for Product Management and Digital Banking.

Mustafa K"rsad "ETIN

Executive Vice President of Retail Banking

Mustafa K"rsad "etin was born in Yozgat in 1979. He graduated from Sel"uk University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics and completed his master's degree in Banking at Istanbul University, Faculty of Social Sciences. He began his career in 2003 in the Leasing Department at the Head Office of Türkiye Finans Participation Bank. From 2005 onwards, he held various positions in Corporate Marketing at Osmanbey, Beylikd"z" and Ikitelli branches of the same bank. Between 2012 and 2015, he served as Branch Manager of Türkiye Finans Nisantasi Branch. With the establishment of Ziraat Katilim in 2015, he continued his career as Ikitelli Branch Manager. In January 2016, he was appointed as Head of Entrepreneurial Marketing Department and subsequently served as Head of Corporate and Entrepreneurial Marketing 2 Department. Between 2019 and 2021, he served as Head of Branch Banking and Sales Management Department and later as Head of Marketing Management Group. Appointed as Head of Retail Banking Group on 13 January 2022, Mr. "etin has continued to serve as Executive Vice President responsible for Retail Banking since 29 September 2023.

Suat T'CCAR

Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking

Suat T"ccar was born in Istanbul in 1974. He graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration. He began his career in 2000 by completing the Commercial Marketing Management Trainee (MT) programme at Disbank. He subsequently served as Portfolio Manager at Mercan, Bayrampasa and European Corporate Branches of the same bank. Following the merger of Fortis and Türkiye Ekonomi Bankasi, he served as Branch Manager at Bayrampasa Mega Center and G"nesli branches. On 2 May 2016, he joined Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S. as Service Manager in the Corporate and Entrepreneurial Marketing Department. On 23 March 2017, he was appointed as Head of Human Resources Department. Between 2021 and 2025, he served respectively as Head of Strategy Planning and Human Resources Group and Head of Product Management and Digital Banking Group.

Appointed as Executive Vice President responsible for Product Management and Digital Banking on 9 April 2025, Mr. T'ccar has continued to serve as Executive Vice President responsible for Corporate Banking as of 5 August 2025.

"zg"r ARIK

Head of Strategy Planning and Human Resources Group

"zg"r Arik was born in Ankara in 1980. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations in 2002. He completed his master's degree at Gazi University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. He began his career as Assistant Inspector at Ziraat Bankasi in 2005 and subsequently served as Inspector, Manager of Supplier Relations and Contract Management, Manager of Central Services and Real Estate Management, Branch Manager of Mithatpasa/Ankara Branch and Head of Real Estate and Valuation Management Department. Since 29 August 2024, Arik has been serving as Head of Strategy Planning and Human Resources Group at Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S.

Osman 'ETINER

Head of Internal Systems Group

Osman "etiner was born in Antalya in 1973. He graduated from Uludag University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Public Finance. He obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licence in 2005 and became an Independent Auditor licensed by the Public Oversight Authority in 2014. He began his banking career in 1999 at Kuveyt T"rk Participation Bank in the Financial Affairs Department as Assistant Accounting Specialist. During his 16-year career at Kuveyt T"rk, including seven years in managerial roles, he held various positions. He also took part in the issuance of Türkiye's first lease certificate (sukuk) by Kuveyt T"rk in 2010. 'etiner took part in the establishment phase of Ziraat Katilim Bankasi. On 8 April 2015, he was appointed as Head of Financial Coordination Department. Between 2017 and 2022, he served as Head of Internal Control and Compliance Department. As of 9 May 2022, he has been serving as Head of Internal Systems Group at Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S.

Mehmet Salih ISSEVER

Head of IT and Operational Transactions Group

Mehmet Salih Issever was born in Bitlis in 1973. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of International Relations in 1995. He is currently in the thesis stage of his master's degree in International Finance and Participation Banking at Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University. He began his banking career in 1998 at Egebank by completing the Corporate Marketing Management Trainee (MT) programme and worked at the Merter Branch. Between 2000 and 2002, he worked in the Corporate Marketing Department at Alternatif Bank Sisli Branch. Between 2002 and 2008, he served as Marketing Manager at Oyakbank-ING Bank "aglayan Branch, and between 2008 and 2013 as Branch Manager of Kurtk"y and Levent Plazalar branches. Between 2013 and 2015, he served as Branch Manager of Ziraat Bankasi Gebze Entrepreneur Branch. In 2015, he joined Ziraat Katilim and served as Branch Manager at Altunizade and Emin"n" branches. Between 2021 and 2024, he served as Head of Compliance Department and Head of Human Resources Department. As of 29 August 2024, Issever has been serving as Head of IT and Operational Processes Group at Ziraat Katilim Bankasi A.S.
